Follow the steps to do this exercise.

  1. Lie flat on your back with your knees bent. Keep your feet flat on the floor and your arms on the side.
  2. Make contraction of your stomach muscles, then get into the position, pull your right knee to your chest with both the hands kept on side. Stretch your right arm to the floor, then by using your left hand, slowly bring your right knee over your left side. At this moment, turn your head to the right side. Hold and stretch in this position for 20 seconds. Make sure that your head, arms, and the hands are flat with the floor and also make sure that your back is completely flat against the ground. Return your both knees to the first position. Then repeat the process on the other side.
  1. Hamstring stretch Back Pain

You can do this by following some basic forms.

  1. Lie on your back keeping your knees bent. Keep your both arms on the side of your body.
  2. Place your both hands on the right calf or the thigh and then slowly raise your legs. Stretch the legs as much as you can until you feel the stretch at the back of your leg. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat.
