Top 10 Countries which are famous as “Energy-Consuming Regions”
Energy consumption is growing big-time, and countries are classifying their need and showing their power on the basis of the same. As per the latest report carried out by Bharat Petroleum, it has been revealed that China is the leader when it comes to consumption of energy. After being in the top slot, China on an average uses more than 3000 million tons on an average in a year. Not only that, it also dominates the renewable growth, which covers nearly 40 percent of the global energy growth as stated in the year 2016. China had surpassed the US to secure the top slot of being the largest manufacturer of renewable power and being listed on the first position amongst the “Energy-Consuming Regions”. Here are the top 10 countries which are listed on the basis of their primary energy consumption which means on the basis of trade fuels and renewable energy which is used for producing electricity and other purposes.
- Mainland China
As per the report, Chinese mainland consumes 3523 million tons oil equivalent energy on annual basis. Chinese people use these energy resources in for operating metros, conducting renewable electric charging points and daily residential and commercial consumption.
- United States Of America
The consumption in the US is nearly 3000 million tons on the annual basis. People are the United States are more keen towards using it for doing daily tasks along with the major consumption goes in lighting up the streets of states like New York and Ohio.
- The Republic of India
Strange, but true the consumption of renewable and non-renewable energy makes it to the top 3 positions for regions which make the most use of energy. In India, energy is consumed from electricity consumption to domestic cores. India uses nearly 1000 million tons of the annual basis.
- The Republic of Russia
Russia is amongst the top 10 countries which put energy resources into utilization. On a rough basis, the republic of Russia put nearly 680 million tons equivalent energy so that it can make up to the daily consumption utilization.
The likes of Fukushima nuclear power plant, which was destroyed during the tsunami was known to produce electricity. Japan puts nearly 450 millions of oil equivalent energy into utilization. The fast moving industries in Japan and other core business are highly driven by electricity.
The sixth in the list comes Germany, which uses nearly 350 million oil equivalent energy. The major energy used by Germany includes refilling of cars with e-gas, domestic gasoline, electricity consumption, and various electricity generating plants which use energy in order to generate it.
Call it the second US or the Second India, Canada puts nearly 329 millions of oil equivalent energy into usage. The city of Vancouver and Ontario are amongst the highest energy consuming state in the state as here even the cycles punctures are put back in Use by fixing it with electricity legibility.
Nearly 298 millions of energy is used in comparison to 400 millions of energy produced. In this part of the world, most of the energy is put into utilization for commercial purpose.
- South Korea
Korea is amongst those countries which put the least energy into utilization. As per the research, 230 million of oil equivalent energy is used for running turbines, machines and the oil refineries. The major part of oil consumption goes in creating electricity for the said region.
The total consumption of Iran is nearly 170 million of energy. This energy is consumed in generating electricity, running bicycles, manufacturing the different modes of vehicles so that non-renewable energy sources can be consumed.
