She is the highest rank holder among the 21 from the northeast who cracked the UPSC’s Civil Services Examination 2015.

She also cleared the Indian Forest Service(Mains) examination with 9th rank which was also conducted by the UPSC.
In the year 2007, Diana topped the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) exams. Subsequently, in 2009, she topped the Higher Secondary examination (Science).

She secured the highest marks in the BSc examination (Physics Hons) in Delhi university, in 2012.

Capt. Haobam Bella Devi, a second generation army officer, is the daughter of Col H G Singh (Retd), of Top Leikei, Singjamei, Imphal, Manipur.

ManipurShe conducted one of the most important and prestigious activities during the Republic Day parade 2015  i.e. unfurling the national flag at Rajpath in New Delhi.

4). Lin LaishramModel Lin Laishram, is a top notch model, an aspiring actress and sportsperson from Imphal, Manipur.
She has worked with some of the most prestigious names in the glamour world. She has strutted down the ramp at a lot of fashion shows like NewYork 2008, New York Bridal Week fashion show and Wills India Fashion Week.

She is the 2nd Runner-Up at Kingfisher Calendar Girl 2013.

5). Mangka MayanglambamManipur Folk SingerMangka Mayanglambam, is a folk singer from Manipur. She acquired the basic knowledge of folk song from her father Mangangsana a well known Manipuri Traditional Pena Singer. She is receiving National Talent Scholarship from CCRT New Delhi in the field of Folk Song since 2009.
She has represented India in Abu (Asian Broadcasting Union) Radio Song Festival, Sri Lanka 2014; Tapestry of Sacred Music 2013, Esplanade Singapore etc.

6). Binalakshmi NepramHumanitarianBinalakshmi Nepram, founder of the Manipur Women Gun Survivors Network, belongs to the new generation of Manipuri women, who are not just fighting against brutal injustice, but also asking for women’s political representation in discussions about war and peace. Through her work, she has highlighted the need for a women-led disarmament movement in India. In 2010, she received the Sean MacBride Peace Prize and the next following year, she won CNN-IBN’s Indian of the Year Award 2011. she also won L`Oreal Paris Femina Women Awards 2015.

7). MC Mary KomBoxerMC Mary Kom, is a boxer from Manipur, India. She is a five-time World Amateur Boxing champion, and the only woman boxer to have won a medal in each one of the six world championships. Nicknamed “Magnificent Mary“, she is the only Indian woman boxer to have qualified for the 2012 Summer Olympics and winning the bronze medal. She became the first Indian woman boxer to get a Gold Medal in the Asian Games in 2014 in Incheon, South Korea.

8). Irom Chanu SharmilaIron Lady of ManipurIrom Chanu Sharmila, also known as the “Iron Lady of Manipur” or “Mengoubi” (the fair one) is a civil rights activist, political activist, and poet from the Indian state of Manipur. On 2 November 2000, she began a hunger strike which she ended on 9 August 2016, after 16 years of fasting, demanding the repeal of the Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA). Having refused food and water for more than 500 weeks, she has been called “the world’s longest hunger striker”. On International Women’s Day, 2014 she was voted the top woman icon of India by MSN Poll.
