Comparison Between Huawei Honor 4X Vs Lenovo A7000
In our search for finding Smartphones below 10000 INR, we came across two phones which are worth mentioning for their price versus their features- Huawei Honor 4X VS Lenovo A7000.
What really matters while we are looking for a new Smartphone today is performance. Now standing in the age of technology performance involves a lot of thing- battery, camera, 4G support, storage and a lot more things and not to miss the price too. Let us see what the above mentioned phones offer and how much user friendly are they from a customer’s point of view.
Huawei is loaded with Android v4.4.2 (Kitkat) where as Lenovo comes with the latest version of Android in the market, Android v5.0 (Lollipop). Both the phones have fual SIM support (GSM+GSM) and Micro SIM slot. Huawei is available for 9,999 INR and Lenovo is available for 8,670 INR (best price for both the phones in the market).
Design and Display
Since there is not much of a difference when it comes to the display of the two, there is not much to write. Both the phones come with a 5.5 inches HD display with an average sharpness. The screen resolution is 720*1280 pixels and the pixel density (ppi) is 267. Design is objective and their liking varies from one person to another. Both the phones are available in black and white, which by the way are the mostly liked colours for phones in the market.
Performance and battery life
From all the customer reviews the battery performance of both the phones has been described as very good by the users. So what is the difference between the two? As it goes the Huawei has a capacity of 3000 mAH where as Lenovo comes with a capacity of mAH. Huawei provides a talktime of upto 15 hours on 3G and stand by time is up to 200 hours on 3G. The battery is non-removable. Coming to Lenovo, the talktime is up to 39 hours on 3G and up to 16 hours on 3G. The stand by time is up to 264 Hours (2G) /up to 288 Hours (3G).
Moving on to the performance of the devices we will find that Huawei has Quad Core processor and Lenovo has Octa Core processor. Both has 2 GB RAM. We are not saying that this will make Lenovo a far better performer as compared to Huawei but the Octa Core processor will definitely have an upper hand on the Quad Core processor.
This is something we all watch out for in our phones at the present. Be it a selfie or a taking a snap of some important document, a camera quality is something to watch out for.
Let us first discuss Huawei first. The main or the rear camers is 13 MP with Auto focus and Back-illuminated sensor (BSI). It has been rated excellent by the customers so far. It comes with a LED flash and digital zoom with features like Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), ISO control, self-timer, touch to focus. Front came is 5 MP (Go Selfie)
Next in line is Lenovo. The camera has been rated very good, if not excellent like Huawei. It too comes with a LED flash and digital zoom with features like Face detection, Geo tagging, High Dynamic Range mode (HDR), touch to focus. Front camera here is 5 MP too.
Well here I can point out one major change between the two handsets. Both the phones have 8 GB internal memory and are expandable up to 32 GB but Lenovo is proving something that Huawei is not. Lenovo has given OTG support. You would be able to connect pen drives and data cards directly to the phone with OTG cable. This really gives an extra edge to Lenovo.
So you see, here is neutral and unbiased comparison of the two phones based on the market review and our research. Both are affordable and have their own uniqueness. Now it is your turn to choose between the two. Good luck.
